Route and movement points
Provide the origin and destination regions and your preferred locations. Ask which movement points the quotation covers and whether a request for a different location needs separate assessment. Do not assume all journeys within the same region have equivalent prices or scope.
The vehicle being shipped
State the model and movement condition. Mention accessories or modifications that may need further review. The operator needs to assess the actual vehicle; similar apparent sizes in photographs do not establish identical acceptance or prices.
Arrangements and preferred timing
Explain who will hand over and collect, and describe your preferred month as a request. Ask which arrangements can be offered and how scope changes are assessed. A preferred date does not confirm a slot, charge or transit time; obtain a specific answer before arranging your own travel.
An amount with an explanation
Request a confirmed amount with its inclusions, separately assessed items and terms. If you change the model, route or handover requirements, request another check. Keep the quotation and the operator’s answers so your decision refers to the same scope.
