State the origin and destination regions, then ask which handover and collection points the amount covers. Two amounts should not be treated as equivalent if one includes additional movement while another ends at a different point. Ask for those differences to be explained in the quotation.
The vehicle profile assessed
Check that the model, movement condition and modifications you described match the operator’s assessment. If the profile changes after your enquiry, request another check. Do not use an amount for a different vehicle as acceptance or price confirmation for yours.
Included and separately assessed items
Ask what the amount includes, what it excludes and which items still need assessment. If you need additional movement or want to ask about cover, describe that requirement. Obtain a specific answer from the operator; this page does not invent tariffs, charges or cover terms.
Terms before making payment
Review the operator’s identity, any stated quotation validity period and the supplied change, cancellation and payment terms. Make sure unresolved details are clearly identified. Agreement and payment need to refer to the scope confirmed by the operator, not an estimate from this page.
